General conditions to be followed in filling the application
  1. Teacher instructions should be read and thoroughly understood before filling out the application. 
  2. If the service at the present school is more than 10 years, the application for transfer should compulsorily be made. 
  3. The application should be filled by the teacher himself and no outside parties should be involved. 
  4. Since the amendments are not allowed once the application is submitted, the application should be submitted after verifying the accuracy.
ජාතික පාසල් ගුරුභවතුන්ගේ ස්ථාන මාරු අයදුම්පත පිරවීමේදී අනුගමනය කළ යුතු පොදු කොන්දේසි
  1. අයදුම්පත පිරවීමට පෙර ගුරුවරුන් සඳහා නිකුත් කර ඇති උපදෙස් හොදින් කියවා අවබෝධ කර ගත යුතුය. 
  2. වර්තමාන පාසලේ සේවා කාලය වසර 10ට වැඩි නම් අනිවාර්යයෙන් ස්ථාන මාරු අයදුම් කළ යුතුය. 
  3. අයදුම්පත ගුරුභවතා විසින්ම සම්පූර්ණ කළ යුතු අතර ඒ සඳහා බාහිර පාර්ශවයන් සම්බන්ධ කර නොගත යුතුය. 
  4. අයදුම්පත මාර්ගගත ආකාරයට ඉදිරිපත් කල පසු (Submit Application) නැවත සංශෝධන සිදු කළ නොහැකි බැවින් නිවැරදිභාවය තහවුරු කර ගත් පසු අයදුම්පත ඉදිරිපත් කළ යුතුය.
விண்ணப்பத்தை பூர்த்தி செய்யும் போது பின்பற்ற வேண்டிய பொதுவான நிபந்தனைகள்
  1. விண்ணப்பத்தை நிரப்பும் முன் ஆசிரியர் அறிவுறுத்தல்களை படித்து முழுமையாக புரிந்து கொள்ள வேண்டும். 
  2. தற்போதைய பள்ளியில் 10 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு மேல் பணிபுரிந்தால், இடமாறுதல் விண்ணப்பம் கட்டாயம் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும். 
  3. விண்ணப்பத்தை ஆசிரியரே பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும் மற்றும் வெளி தரப்பினர் பங்கேற்கக்கூடாது. 
  4. விண்ணப்பம் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்டவுடன் திருத்தங்கள் அனுமதிக்கப்படாது என்பதால்(Submit Application), துல்லியத்தை சரிபார்த்த பின்னரே விண்ணப்பத்தை சமர்ப்பிக்க வேண்டும்.
